How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on fragrances that have been sprayed or removed from their cellophane wrap.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to most countries within the European Union and select international territories. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination country.
